ODC Inc. is a behavioural based and people centred active learning organisation. We provide learning support to organisations and communities through our three sister organisations; Sansthagat Bikas Consultancy Kendra (SBCK), Organisation Development Centre (ODC) and the Institute of Development Management Studies (IDMS). We believe that a holistic approach to strengthening the health of your organisation requires the active participation of all those who contribute significantly towards the maintenance of the organisation's health. Our learning programmes are carried out in full consultation with and participation of all the persons who play significant role to keep their organisations healthy and alive. ODC Inc. practitioners have worked and continue to work with organisations in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Netherlands, Germany and UK.
