Progressive Youth Society (PYS), Bajhang, a non governmental organization registered under the laws of Nepal, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced suppliers for the Supply & Delivery of Blanket, Hygiene Kits, School Bags, Furniture and Flooring items to Bajhang and other specified districts.

Scope of Supply

The bid covers supply and delivery of the following items as per detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding document:

• Blankets – 2,500 pcs
• School Bags (Small, Medium, Large sizes with specific design and quality requirements) – total approx. 7,750 pcs
• Hygiene Kits (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, comb, nail cutter, etc.) – 4,500 sets
• Furnitures ( 51pcs Round Table, 69 pcs Shoe Rack, 75 Pcs Book Rack and 83 Pcs Wooden file Rack)
• Flooring (1450 mtr. Carpet, 320 mtr. P-foam and 180 Pcs Yoga Mate )

Suppliers may bid package-wise, as specified in the bidding document. Submission of samples of all items along with the bid is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria- As specified in bid document

Bid Security: 2% of the total bid amount (Bank Guarantee)

Submission & Deadline

Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid for Supply & Delivery of Blanket, Hygiene Kits, School Bags, Furniture & flooring Items” must be submitted along with the sample product to:

Additional Information

• PYS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason
• PYS may award the contract to one or multiple vendors based on organizational interest
• Expected Delivery period: Within 20 days of contract signing

Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 11th April 2026, up to 29th April, 2026, by 5:00 PM (Nepal Time), upon the submission of application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance) in below email address.
