Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) is the one and only umbrella organization of all the Indigenous Peoples of Nepal. The main objective of NEFIN is to safeguard Indigenous Peoples’ rights. It has national and international chapters namely Province Coordination Councils (PCCs) in all 7 provinces, District Coordination Councils (DCCs) in 72 districts, more than 3,000 Village Coordination Councils (VCCs),13 affiliated federations of Indigenous journalists, Indigenous youth, students, film maker, lawyer etc., and abroad-chapters in more than 25 countries.

NEFIN has Climate Change Partnership Program  working mostly on Indigenous Peoples contribution and rights in climate actions, biodiversity, natural resource management and other so-called development work.

NEFIN Climate Change Partnership Program hereby invites qualified firms/suppliers/companies to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for the following service delivery along with a quotation. The EOI will be included in NEFIN’s  vendor list of the year 2026. 

Services:

1. Domestic and international air ticketing.

2. Vehicle hiring service all over Nepal.

3. Devices or material  supply (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Photocopy machine, Cartridge, and IT accessories)

4. IT and maintenance services such as networking and technical support on computers, Laptops, Printer, and others.

5. Insurance services (travel, medical and accidental)

6. Furniture and furnishing supply.

7. Stationery and office suppliers

8. Printing and publication (Visiting cards, notebook, pen, ID card, banner, book, newsletter, reports etc.)

9. Maintenance (furniture, office plumbing, and electricity maintenance)

10. Hotel service (meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation) for all over Nepal.

If rates differ for Nepali nationalities and foreigners, please indicate in US currency for foreigners.

11. Internet services

12. Translation and interpretation services.

13. Photography, videos, documentary production and recording services.

14. Consultancy services (Report writing, Facilitation, Researcher) for and with Indigenous Peoples, including Indigenous women and youth, in climate action, biodiversity, natural resource management, and other so-called development work.

Interested firms/suppliers/companies/individual may submit their EOI along with following documents:

A. Cover letter

B. Quotation for the year 2026 (AD)

C. A copy of registration certificate along with renewal

D. Copy of VAT/PAN registration 

E. Latest tax clearance certificate (FY 2081/82)

F. For the consultancy services: Individuals can submit their interest with their latest CVs, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and per-day expected remuneration/fees along with cover letter. 

G. Submission deadline April 15, 2026
