Child Nepal (CN) is a non-governmental organization that has been promoting child rights since 2003 in Nepal. Child Nepal has its mandate towards the protection of children’s rights and ensure overall development of children in Nepal. The consortium project "Kicking Towards a Bright Future: Football-Centric Early Childhood Development in Nepal's Community School" is being implemented by Child Nepal as a beneficiary with the financial support of FIFA Foundation. The project is Football-Centric Early Childhood Development project for ensuring the meaningful participation of children and their whole stick development. The project aims to work with parents, community school and different levels of stakeholders including ECD children, The expected outcome of the project is: the perspectives and recommendations of whole stick development children by the football playing and start to international level, begin to put into practice the football game to participation of ECD children, Enhanced teaching quality and child engagement in ECD centers. Improved understanding of the curriculum's integration into early childhood development.

Scope of Work:

1. Producing a project video documentary.
2. Coordinate with Project Coordinator and football coach for recording the video.
3. Ensure proper documentation of before-and-after scenario of the project
4. Assemble the footage of football game, incorporating the developed script 
5. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual elements of Child sports and football.

Requirements:

1. Technical proposal in simple proposal format
2. Latest renewed documents/certificates related to registration, Tax, VAT etc.
3. Proposed budget for production and dissemination in television
4. Profile of the organization/past experiences
5. Documentation of the human resources, equipment and assets
6. Has previous experience in sports and ECD.

Duration of Assignments: The anticipated commencement date for the contract is August 25th, 2024, to December 24th 2024 and it is scheduled to conclude on end of.

Intellectual Property: The copyright of the video and all its content will be owned by Child Nepal. Child Nepal will have the full rights to make changes and use the finished videos as and when required, without the need for consultation or external permissions.

Supervision & Coordination: The program football coach will maintain close coordination and report directly to the Program Coordinator at Child Nepal Office.

Logistic Arrangements: Management of required equipment including camerawork, sound, and lighting is the videographer responsibility.

Deadline of Submission: 23 August 2024

The applications/proposals must be written in English language. Interested Nepalese firms/organizations or individuals meeting the qualifications and requirements as described can submit their EOI. Kindly review the description thoroughly and familiarize yourselves before applying. Prospective candidates are expected to have proven experience in videography and documentary production with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will not be entertained. A proposal that meets the requirements and offers the best value for money will be selected.
