Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

Habitat Nepal is updating the roster of potential vendors/suppliers. Habitat Nepal invites “Expression of Interest” (EOI) from the competent suppliers for the following category:

1. Grocery Supplies: Cleaning, pantry, kitchen and other grocery items.
2. Office Supplies: Stationery supplies, ink cartridges, toner refill and other office consumables and electronics.
3. Technology and IT Services: Computer hardware, software, subscriptions, networking and IT equipment.
4. Furniture and Fixtures: Supply of various furniture items.
5. Printing and Promotional Materials: For office merchandise along with printing, graphic design, illustration, proofreading, translation, videography, photography, animated video production, content writing, editing etc.
6. Advertisement Services: In various audio, visual and print media.
7. Office Maintenance Services: Office maintenance for facility management, cleaning services, pest control, electrical / electronic repairs, plumbing, carpentry, paintings etc.
8. Courier / Transport Services: National and International courier services.
9. Construction Materials and Equipment: All types of construction materials, bamboo supply, window and door for house construction, construction tools and engineering equipment.
10. Event Management Services:

Interested vendors/suppliers are requested to fill up the form along with the copy of required documents:

1. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
2. Company Registration Certificate
3. Latest TAX Clearance certificate
