District Project Coordinator Required No:- 1 Morang District | Koshi Province | Over all responsible to implement the project in close coordination with district and municipalities, provide strategic technical support to project staff in all intervention of TB project. Support National Tuberculosis Program; detection of TB cases as per the national protocol, ensure enrollment of identified TB cases for treatment service and ensure optimum treatment outcome in the district. Support health facilities and local government (palika) to ensure reporting in DHIS II and eTB. Support in accordance fulfilling compliance of BWSN/UNDP US / Global Fund. |

Paramedical Staffs for ACF Camp Required No:- 1 | Koshi Province | Overall responsible for implementing the ACF Camps TB project in close coordination with provincial health directorates, districts, and municipalities. Key responsibilities include planning and coordination, administrative and logistical support, sample collection and follow-up, hotspot mapping, and campsite selection according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidance from the National Tuberculosis Control Center (NTCC). Provide technical and financial support, facilitate TB presumptive identification using AI-X-ray machines, ensure sample testing (Gene X-pert/Microscopy), and enroll patients, recording, and reporting of ACF camp data in HMIS and NTPMIS, in accordance fulfilling compliance of BWSN/UNDP US / Global Fund. |

Sunsari District (Barahachetra Municipality and Koshi Rural Municipality) | Identify presumptive TB case from potential sites of existing health facility of government and private health care provider of assigned area. Reach and conduct contact tracing of the family & vulnerable community (index family and surrounding). Support to have proper diagnosis and enroll for TB treatment and contribute on TB End strategy of the area. Utilize full of energy and innovation toward TB Free society.
