Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy Services: For Conducting a Baseline Study in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipalities, Dhading

FOCUS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit development organization based in Dhading district, working for over two decades to promote sustainable and inclusive development. It has implemented more than 60 projects in collaboration with government bodies, INGOs, and local partners. Its thematic areas include Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Livelihoods, Climate Resilience and Peacebuilding, with strong integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI).

FOCUS Nepal, in partnership with Max Foundation and Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality and with financial and technical support from the Warm Nest Foundation and AFAS Foundation, is implementing Max Swastha Palika (Max Healthy Village)—a four-year, community-led initiative designed to reduce stunting among children under five. The program integrates Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Nutrition Security (FNS), and Maternal and Adolescent Health (MAH) interventions through market-based, evidence-driven, and municipality-led approaches.

Within this framework, under the Max Swastha Palika (MSP) Project, FOCUS Nepal invites Expresssion of Interest (EOI) from eligible consultant/consulting/research firms to provide consultancy service for Conducting a Baseline Study in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Dhading.
