Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal- BWSN, established in 1995 is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life of poor, youth, underprivileged, and marginalized communities across Nepal. Guided by the motto “Listen to Children,” BWSN has built a strong reputation for implementing child-centered development programs in education, child protection, health, livelihood, water and sanitation, and disaster management.
In collaboration with various donor agencies, BWSN operates across Koshi and Madhesh Provinces, with a focus on promoting child well-being and family welfare, strengthening child rights and protection, health, education, livelihood/nutrition enhancing community resilience, and fostering sustainable development.
In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, BWSN has been implementing “Sponsorship Operation Program (SOP) and Core Project Models of Citizens Voice and Actions, Child Protection" through the integrated programme framework (IPF) to ensure wellbeing of most vulnerable children and families in Haripurwa Municipality and Parsa Rural Municipality of Sarlahi district.
We are currently seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following positions under our ongoing partnership projects:

Sound knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and compliance; experience with donor-funded projects. |
2 | MEAL Officer | 1 | Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or relevant disciplines | At least 1-2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and solid understanding of monitoring and evaluation process and tools. Strong skill in data management, data analysis, data interpretation and documentation. Ability to move field on regular basis. |
3 | SCM and Admin Assistant | 1 | Intermediate or bachelor running in equivalent qualifications in business administration, management or other relevant field | At least one year of experience in procurement, inventory, and supply chain management; knowledge of admin procedures; strong organizational and compliance skills. Effective Communication skills, Strong analytical skills, Proven experience as a team player and Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes. |
4 | Protection Officer | 1 | Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, law, or related fields | At least 2 years of experience, strong understanding of child protection, survivor-centered approach, CP-related laws, policies and mechanisms. Demonstrated experience in capacity building of children, parents and caregivers, community campaigning, CP case management, and policy advocacy. Knowledge in project management. |
5 | Psychosocial counselling officer | 1 | Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field. | 6 months training on psychosocial counselling (face-to-face is preferred). Strong understanding of psychosocial counselling support, its' principles and standards. Strong understanding of child protection, survivor-centered approach, CP-related laws, policies and mechanisms. Demonstrated experience MHPSS related activities with minimum 1 year experience in delivering psychosocial counselling to children and women. Able to travel field frequently and operate MHPSS clinic. |
6 | Finance and Admin Officer | 1 | Should have bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Studies or related fields and Master's degree in management is preferred | At least 2 years of experience in the similar position in I/NGOs includes financial reporting, documentation and should have ability to speak and write English clearly. Computer skills of Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Email-Internet. Any financial off/online accounting software (FAMAS, PFMS, Agresso, Sun, QuickBooks etc.) is highly preferred. Knowledge about the prevailing tax act of GoN., and experience in budget planning and reporting. |
7 | Community Mobilizers | 2 | Intermediate (+2) degree | Skills in community engagement, group facilitation, and awareness campaigns; experience in multi-dimension project especially on child rights, nutrition, Livelihood and protection activities; Ability to work directly with parents, adolescents, children, caregivers and local leaders. |
