Youth Alliance for Development is a non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 2067 B.S., propelled by a shared vision of youth empowerment. Youth Alliance for Development was founded by a dynamic cohort of young visionaries who recognize the indispensable role that the youth assume in steering the nation towards progress. YOUTH ALLIANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT (YARD) is swiftly emerging as a potent force centered on the youth, fortified by proactive measures, the promotion of youth leadership, and empowerment initiative. Serving as a catalyst for positive societal transformation, the organization serves as a crucial podium, amplifying the voices of the youth and magnifying their perspectives on matters of public importance.

YOUTH ALLIANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT (YARD) is initiating for the implementation of the HATEMALO for Child Wellbeing and Integrated Development Project in Kailali District in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. The project goal is to empower children thrive in peaceful, inclusive families and communities, supported by transparent, accountable governance that ensures child rights, quality education, nutrition, and sustainable development, fostering equal opportunities, cultural respect, and dignified, self-reliant lives for all.Therefore,Youth Alliance for Development (YARD) seeks to recruit result-oriented individuals to fill the following position.

1. Finance and Admin Officer-One

This position will be responsible for providing overall Financial, admin and supply chain support to the organization and ensure that all the financial transactions are adhered to the required financial compliance of the organization, donor and governmental compliances, which include payment and disbursements, financial analysis and reporting for the achievement of overall organization and project goal.

Education and Experience: 

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in finance, business and administration, business enterprise development or equivalent combination of education and experience; master's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent is preferred.

S/he should have prior experience IPAS, FAMAS preferred and experience in handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning procurement and SCM related work and analysis in I/NGO and preferably within WVIN projects is an asset. Candidates should have experience working with colleagues in a multicultural, multi-linguistic environment. Ability to lead financial management of the project/program and make the linkage of this with overall financial management of the organization.

2. Community Mobilizer-One

The Community Mobilizer- IPF will play a critical role in implementing WVI Nepal’s integrated project at the community level. This position supports the delivery of child well-being outcomes by facilitating community engagement, mobilizing stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality execution of field activities. The role is central to translating the Area Program’s tailored implementation plan into action through inclusive, and participatory approaches.
