Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) established itself in 1990. In 1994, NNSWA registered with the District Administration Office Kanchanpur and affiliated to Social Welfare Council Kathmandu. NNSWA has grown over the years, implementing various integrated community based development programs in Far Western Region being one of the leading development organizations in the Sudur Paschim Province of Nepal. NNSWA has 107 General Members who constitute the General Assembly of NNSWA. 11 members of this General Assembly constitute an Executive Committee. Executive Members are elected by the General assembly for a term of 5 years. The Executive Committee has 6 Office Bearers (President, Vice-president, General Secretary, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-treasurer) and 5 Executive Members. 40% of General Assembly and Executive Committee members are female. NNSWA has its district chapters at Dadeldhura, Baitadi and Darchula districts and other district NNSWA helping committee are existed and providing services in all 9 districts within the Sudur Paschim Province, Nepal. The Executive Committee is the legally constituted body responsible for providing strategic and policy direction to the organization. NNSWA has its own office building having sufficient rooms and training hall at Bheemdatt Municipality-18 in Kanchanpur district.

Revision and Update of Climate Change Impact Scenarios Across Sectors
and
Development of Child-Centered Climate Change Calibrated Risk Management Strategy
Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA), established in 1990 and registered in 1994, is a leading NGO headquartered in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur. Operating across Sudur Paschim Province, NNSWA is dedicated to promoting social justice and inclusive development. The organization primarily focuses on empowering the 3D communities Dalits (discriminated by caste), persons with disabilities, and deprived populations including freed Kamaiyas/Kamlaharis, displaced groups, women, children, PLHIVs, and those affected by leprosy. Its thematic areas include education and awareness, health and nutrition, disaster preparedness, livelihood promotion, economic empowerment, rights advocacy, capacity building, and research. Through collaboration with local governments and development partners, NNSWA works to build resilient communities and foster equity for Nepal’s most vulnerable groups. NNSWA, in partnership with UNICEF Nepal, is implementing the Community Engagement and Social Mobilization for Modeling Social & Behavior Change and Climate Action Project in Kailari Rural Municipality and Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City of Kailali district, and Dodhara Chandani Municipality of Kanchanpur district. NNSWA invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible individuals or firms to provide consultancy services for the following two assignments:
A. Consultancy 1: Revision and Update of Climate Change Impact Scenarios Across Sectors
Consultancy services:
The consultant will be responsible to revise and update impact scenarios across key sectors Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, Agriculture, and Child & Social Protection of Dodhara Chandani Municipality, based on the latest climate change projections and field-based evidence using innovative and scientific tools and methodologies.

B. Consultancy 2: Development of Child-Centered Climate Change Calibrated Risk Management Strategy
Consultancy services:
The main objective of this consultancy is to develop a Child-Centered Climate Change Calibrated Risk Management Strategy that:
- Integrates child protection, empowerment, participation, and resilience into sectoral action plans.
- Aligns with national climate policies, adaptation frameworks, and child rights conventions.
- Establishes participatory tools and approaches for children’s engagement in climate action and resilience building.

Application procedure:
Consultancy firms or individuals are required to submit the following documents:
- Letter of interest
- CV specifying organizational/ individual capacity statement relevant to the development of advocacy tool required within the deliverables which includes objectives and method with detailed timeline.
- Financial proposal for the service required.
- Relevant supporting documents including a technical proposal (not more than 3 pages)
- Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
- Sample of similar/relevant previous production/assignment
