Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) was established in 1995 A.D (2051 B.S.) and registered as non-profit making, nonpolitical and non-governmental organization in District Administration Office, Sarlahi. BWSN was formed with the objective of engaging marginalized and vulnerable people in development activities with their enhanced capacity which ensures the livelihood improvement opportunities for poor, deprived and destitute community people living in Sarlahi and surrounding districts of Terai region. The thematic area of BWSN is Disaster Risk Management, Climate change, Human Rights, Child Rights, Peace and Democracy, Livelihood and Enterprises Development, Education, Health, Nutrition and WASH.
CHANGE project “Quality Nutrition Services: Leaving No One Behind in the Terai” with a goal of this action is to improve access to quality nutrition services in the Madhesh Province of Nepal, focusing on socially and economically disadvantaged and marginalized populations through the engagement of CSOs.

Project Manager Required No:- 1 | Sarlahi, Madesh Province | To lead the project implementation in close coordination with consortium manager, consortium partners, liaison with local authorities and stakeholders. Provide strategic direction to the project activities at the local level along with CSOs and ensure its proper implementation. Develop and implement detailed project work plans, ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic goals and timelines. Ensure smooth operation of the project by providing necessary support to the team members of the project at the local level. S/he will hold responsibility for strategic leadership, and planning, management, budgeting, and coordination including program and finance monitoring for the project. S/he will also look after the partnership strengthening among BWSN and consortium partners, donor, government counterparts, and Local CSOs partners. Ensure regular visits in each project district, municipalities/rural municipalities to be updated about program status, opportunities, challenges and potential risk. | Master Degree in Public Health or Nutrition, Management, Education, Agriculture and other relevant subject with 3 years of experience in health-related program or other program with managing the similar roles. 2 Wheelers Licenses preferred. |
District Field Coordinator Required No:- 4 | Madesh province (each for two districts) | S/he will oversee the implementation of activities at the local level, ensuring timely delivery of outputs adherence to timeline. Coordinate closely with CSO partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation and timely delivery of outputs. Assist in the development and implementation of capacity-building initiatives for CSOs, including workshops, trainings and screening of nutrition’s program. Support the organization and facilitation of project meetings, workshops, and other relevant events. Maintain detailed records of project activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence and financial documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CSO partners, government officials, donors, and other relevant actors. Stay up-to-date of current developments and best practices in nutrition, governance, and civil society engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including provincial and local government, and CSOs. | Bachelor's in public health, Management, Education, Agriculture and other relevant subject with 3 years of experience in health-related program and other program with managing the similar roles (Prior experience working with local government agencies will be given priority). 2 Wheelers Licenses preferred. |
MEAL Officer Required No:- 1 | Sarlahi, Madesh Province | S/he will be responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities and work closely with MEAL specialist and project manager. Tracks project progress, collects data, and ensures alignment with Logical Framework Analysis (LFA). S/he will ensure data-driven decision-making, track project progress, and report on project outcomes to improve service delivery and advocacy efforts. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and deadlines for MEAL-related reports. Provide technical support to project teams on data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques. Facilitate capacity-building workshops for CSOs and stakeholders on monitoring and evaluation, accountability, and learning practices. Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the project team and partner organizations. | Bachelor's in public health, Management, Education, Agriculture and other relevant subject with 3 years of experience in health-related program or other program with managing the similar roles. 2 Wheelers Licenses preferred. |
Logistic and Finance Officer Required No:- 1 | Sarlahi, Madesh Province | Manage overall finance, logistic and administrative system, and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted organizational policies and procedures. Maintain record of overall expenditure of the program activities and corresponds with project manager, donor and consortium partners as per organization necessity. Ensure proper filing and effective documentation of all papers related to finance and administration. Ensure on maintenance of personnel files for all staffs, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality at all time.Keep adequate backup of all financial/audit reports and other important finance/administration related document in appropriate folders in both hard copies and soft copies. | Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration (BBS/BBA) or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in the similar field. Familiar with Accounting Software FAMAS. 2 Wheelers Licenses preferred. |
