1. Introduction

Women's Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a non-governmental organization working for the protection and promotion of human rights. Established in 1991, WOREC is one of the leading national organizations that works to prevent violence against women, its causes and consequences, and to ensure economic, social and cultural well-being of women as well as other marginalized groups by promoting their access to rights and social justice.

We are reaching out to request formal quotations for the supply of camera and related production equipment as per the specifications mentioned below. You may provide multiple product options that match or exceed these specifications. All items must be new, and include official warranty.

3. Vendor Qualifications

• Must have valid company registration, VAT Registration & tax clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplying production equipment to different organizations.
• Provide 2–3 references from past clients/projects.

4. Quotation Requirements

• Technical Proposal including:
  • Timeline.
  • Quotation with product specifications and brand/model names
  • Warranty and service details
• Financial Proposal in NPR, inclusive of taxes, duties, delivery, installation (if applicable). Provide detailed cost breakdown per unit/item.
• Company Documents: registration certificate, tax clearance (PAN/VAT), ISO/quality certificates (if available), Authorized distribution certificate (if applicable).

5. Evaluation Criteria

• Compliance with technical specification.
• Delivery lead time.
• Vendor past performance & reputation.

6. Terms and Conditions

• Validity: Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from submission.
• Payment: 15 days after invoice & acceptance of goods/services.
• WOREC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without disclosing reasons.
