Population Services International (PSI), an INGO working in Nepal since 2002, partners with the Government of Nepal, the private sector, and other organizations to contribute to nationally defined health areas including family planning, adolescent sexual/reproductive health, maternal and newborn health with health system strengthening at its core. 

PSI/Nepal is in the process of rolling out Traineeship Program. If you are self-motivated, confident, willing to learn, want to apply new ideas and concepts, wanted to build your career in the development sector (health), here is the opportunity for you to come and join us as a trainee in various departments i.e. Program, Knowledge Management and Documentation, Finance/Operations and HR etc. The Traineeship Program is envisioned to develop and provide organizational experience to young Nepali graduates who will be provided mentoring and on-the-job training. The traineeship period will be for 3 months. Extension of the traineeship program is contingent on the availability of funding. Trainee will be selected for this batch on merit basis and the remuneration will be as per PSI/Nepal policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Health, or any other relevant subject and with clear personal vision for a future career. The applicant with smart thinking, a learning attitude, enthusiasm for work and commitment to follow organizational vision, mission, and core values will be considered during selection.
