World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

The WVI Nepal Traineeship Programme is a one-year full-time learning opportunity designed to equip fresh Nepali graduates with real-world organizational experience. Through on-the-job training, mentoring, and exposure to a diverse and inclusive working environment, the program aims to help trainees develop essential professional skills, gain practical experience, and prepare for future career opportunities within the development sector.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates or those with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel to WVI Nepal’s working areas when required.
- Open and eager to learn, with a strong learning attitude.
- Committed to World Vision’s Ethos, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
- Integrity and honesty in all professional conduct.
