World Vision International (WVI) Nepal’s Traineeship Programme aims to develop and provide real world organisational experience to fresh Nepali graduates with a full-time on-the-job learning and training assignments with access to mentoring and practical experience in diverse and inclusive working environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum Bachelor’s degree | Humble, open and eager to learn | Resourcefulness, adaptability and flexibility | Committed to World Vision Ethos, Vision, Mission and Core Values | Demonstrated good integrity and honesty | Graduates who are either beneficiaries of World Vision’s Child Sponsorship Programme, or have experienced the impact of WVI Nepal’s Community Development programmes are highly encouraged to apply | Graduates must disclose any potential points for conflict of interest e.g., relatives working for or affiliated with WVI Nepal.
