Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI), founded in 1958 in Canada, promotes sustainable and inclusive development worldwide. Committed to poverty reduction and gender equality, CECI empowers women, girls, and vulnerable communities through innovative solutions in leadership, economic inclusion, governance, climate resilience, and peacebuilding. With operations in 17 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas, it has implemented over 350 projects, partnered with 400+ organizations, and engaged 440+ employees and volunteers globally. Our key priorities include (1) Women and Girls' Rights – Advocating for equal opportunities, (2) Women’s Economic Empowerment – Strengthening skills for employment and entrepreneurship, (3) Climate Change Adaptation – Supporting communities in environmental resilience, and (4) Inclusive Governance & Peacebuilding – Promoting participatory governance in fragile contexts. CECI collaborates with key partners to drive transformative, gender-inclusive approaches and scale best practices. Its efforts in research, innovation, and international cooperation foster sustainable solutions to global challenges. Since 1987, CECI has worked in Nepal across 66 districts within seven provinces, implementing 50+ projects in agriculture, MSMEs, governance, and gender equality, collaborating with governments, civil society, and the private sector.

DETAILS OF SERVICE AND GOODS REQUIREMENT
CECI Nepal is updating its list of potential vendors, suppliers, and companies that provide necessary goods and services to support its country's operations and projects effectively. Therefore, it invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and eligible vendors, suppliers, and companies in the following categories:
- Hotel services for residential/non-residential events
- Auditing services
- Building construction, painting, aluminum work, and repair/maintenance
- Courier and transportation services (domestic and international)
- Design, illustration, and printing services
- Electronics supply (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, fans, heaters, microwaves)
- Emergency relief supplies
- Event planning and management
- Office furniture and fixtures (e.g., desks, chairs, filing racks, cupboards, curtains, carpets)
- Generators, inverters, stabilizers, air conditioners (supply and repair)
- Graphic design and animated videos
- Website hosting, MOOC course design, and integration
- Digital/virtual accountability tools, platforms, hubs design, and integration
- IT equipment (supply, repair, and maintenance—e.g., laptops, monitors, tablets, servers, batteries, photocopiers, headphones, printers, storage drives, network cabling, and troubleshooting)
- Life/Non-life insurance services
- IT consulting and advisory services
- Legal consulting services
- Marketing and advertising solutions
- Media-related services (e.g., TV interviews, podcasts, panel discussions, roundtables)
- Online job portal services
- Photography and videography
- Stationery and office supplies
- Security and cleaning services
- Translation and live interpretation services
- Travel and tour services (air ticketing—domestic and international)
- Vehicle suppliers (two-wheelers)
- Vehicle rental services
- Vehicle maintenance and repair (for both four-wheelers and two-wheelers)
- Vehicle tire supply
- Visibility, branding, and profiling solutions
- Visibility materials (e.g., T-shirts, caps, bags, mugs, pens, jackets, notebooks, diaries, token items)
Interested vendors and suppliers should submit a cover letter, company profiles, a copy of their valid company registration certificate, their PAN/VAT registration certificate, the latest tax clearance certificate, and a list of goods and services they provide per the abovementioned categories.
