Job Title: Technical Content Writer

We’re seeking a Technical Writer who can bridge the gap between complex product details and clear, engaging communication. This role goes beyond traditional documentation, you’ll craft content for our website, product interfaces, help resources, and marketing campaigns.

Your words will guide users through our products, explain features in plain language, and build trust through consistent, professional storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for product documentation, help centers, FAQs, and technical guides.

• Develop copy for websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that translate product features into user benefits.

• Create UX/UI microcopy (CTAs, tooltips, notifications, onboarding flows) that improves user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketers to ensure content aligns with brand tone and business goals.

• Edit and proofread all content for clarity, grammar, and consistency across platforms.

• Support SEO efforts with keyword-optimized web content that ranks and converts.

• Research customer needs, competitor messaging, and industry trends to inform writing.

• Contribute to multimedia content creation (video scripts, motion graphics copy, etc.) when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of professional writing experience in technical writing, content writing, or related roles.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong portfolio showcasing work across documentation, product copy, and marketing content.

• Familiarity with UX writing principles and digital product ecosystems.

• Knowledge of SEO and web content best practices.

• Excellent command of English with keen attention to detail.

• Collaborative mindset to work with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in gaming or SaaS industries.

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

• Exposure to brand storytelling and digital marketing.
