Felm Nepal

Felm has been working in Nepal since 1977, first affiliated with United Mission to Nepal, and from 2009 onwards Felm Nepal was registered as an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) when the first general agreement with the Social Welfare Council was signed. Felm Nepal is implementing a country program in Nepal, with funding from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, as well as from the Finnish parishes and individual donors. The program is implemented through local partner organizations. Felm Nepal works also with other supporters and donor agencies, for example with the European union. We design and implement our work in close coordination with local, provincial, and federal government of Nepal. Felm Nepal has offices both in Kathmandu and in Dhanghadi. The work is concentrated on Nepal’s least developed geographical areas, both in Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province. Through development cooperation, Felm Nepal targets at empowerment, enhanced livelihoods, quality education, and food security for marginalized groups such as women and girls, persons with disability, ethnic minorities and indigenous people. It works in close partnership and coordination with local governments and stakeholders. Felm Nepal actively supports Nepal in its various emergency situations, for example flood recovery work and COVID-19 pandemic response. Felm Nepal is a member of ACT Alliance Nepal Forum, as well as AIN, the Association of International NGOs working in Nepal.

1. Introduction

Felm Nepal is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the most marginalized people in Nepal, including women and girls, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and indigenous communities. Established in 1977 and registered as an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) since 2009, Felm Nepal focuses its work in the least developed geographical areas of Nepal, particularly Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces. Through partnerships with local organizations and coordination with various levels of government, Felm Nepal promotes community development, sustainable livelihoods, education, food security, human rights advocacy, and climate resilience. The organization actively supports disaster response and recovery efforts, contributing to social and economic justice and inclusion for vulnerable groups.

This Terms of Reference is prepared in response to Felm Nepal's Request for Quotation for the supply of an A5 table calendar. The ToR outlines the supplier's technical approach, specifications, quality assurance measures, production timeline, past experience, and other technical details necessary for evaluation.

Submission Requirements (Mandatory)

The suppliers must submit the following documents along with the quotation (send to procurement.nepal@felmglobal.org):

  • Company registration certificate
  • Latest tax clearance certificate FY 2081/2082 BS
  • PAN / VAT certificate
  • Signed copy of ToR
  • Financial proposal (separate file) showing unit cost, total cost for 200 copies in Felm RFQ format
  • Sample images of previous similar works (attached)
  • Shortlisted vendors will be asked to provide physical samples.

Note: Only suppliers who submit the completed Felm form and mandatory documents to procurement.nepal@felmglobal.org by 12th October 2025 will be considered. Selected vendor(s) will be notified for sample submission and final supply.
