Opportunity Village Nepal (OVN), a national NGO dedicated to supporting women and children, invites sealed quotations from registered and authorized companies/firms for the supply and installation of the following items under the project “Renovation of Guard Room” at Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward No. 25, Hemja, Kaski District.

Items:

1. Renovation of Guard Room

Tender form can be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written request to procurement@ovnnepal.org attaching copies of bidder’s registration, VAT registration and tax clearance certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR. 500 (per bid form, voucher should be attached) at the Bank Account: Siddhartha Bank, A/C Name- OVN Core Fund, A/C No.-00920611474). Sealed bids must be submitted to the Opportunity Village Nepal Post BOX by 23rd August 2025, 5:00 pm. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.

The selection of the bids will be based on OVN policy and only successful bidder(s) will be contacted for further selection process as per the decision of the OVN's Procurement Committee. OVN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be bound to accept the lowest bid. The final call may be subject to approval from the Social Welfare Council.
