Telemarketer

We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative Telemarketing Executives who will be responsible for engaging with potential users and audiences over the phone. The role primarily supports the marketing and promotional efforts of the platform by informing users about ongoing campaigns, gathering basic feedback, and addressing general queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential users to inform them about ongoing events and digital media campaigns.
• Clearly communicate the purpose of the platform and its role in promoting content creators and entertainment campaigns.
• Provide basic information and respond to general inquiries from users.
• Collect and record user feedback to support ongoing campaign improvements.
• Ensure each interaction is professional, informative, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
• Maintain accurate call records and submit daily/weekly reports as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams for updates on campaigns, promotions, and messaging guidelines.

Working Hours and Time Zone: 

• The working hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) refer to Nepali Standard Time (NST) and apply only to the morning shift.
• Days Off: 2 days per month
