Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time, but flexible working hours

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

 

About the Role

We are an emerging IT company looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive product sales. You will be the front face of our brand — engaging with businesses, retailers, and individual clients to deliver the right hardware solutions. We are the authorized reseller for Dell and HP.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Actively generate leads and convert them into sales

- Promote and sell computer hardware products (desktops, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, etc.)

- Visit potential clients, conduct product demos, and close deals

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and retail clients

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments

- Stay updated on latest hardware products and market trends

- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery

 

Requirements

- Minimum +2 degree in any field, but should be tech savvy

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or hardware products

- Good knowledge of computer hardware products is a strong advantage

- Strong negotiation and communication skills (Nepali & English)

- Self-motivated, field-ready, and comfortable meeting clients
