A fast-growing cross-border e-commerce startup operating in the Middle East and Europe, with a team in Kathmandu, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented operation officer to support its expansion.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat & email with quick, clear solutions
- Manage orders, returns & exchanges smoothly
- Coordinate with suppliers to track and speed up orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex or urgent issues when needed
- Support content tasks and collaborate to improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS or related)
- 1+ year experience in customer service / operations
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to handle emails/messages professionally
- Good with Google Sheets / Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
- Comfortable working evening shifts
- Own laptop required
- Content-related experience is a plus
