Social Media Officer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Officer to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role involves creating engaging content, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring performance, and supporting online campaigns that reflect our values and mission. You’ll be key in building our brand’s online voice and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule creative, engaging content for all major social platforms

• Align content with the brand’s tone and communication strategy

• Design or coordinate visual content (graphics, videos, etc.)

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with insights

• Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform changes

• Support campaign planning, promotions, and sponsored posts

• Ensure brand consistency and manage online reputation

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools

• Basic graphic design/video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)

• Good communication skills in Nepali and English

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer is a plus

• Understanding of SEO and social advertising is preferred
