Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, RDC Nepal has been implementing Protection Community Engagement and Sponsorship Project (P-CESP) in Garuda and Madhav Narayan Municipality of Rautahat district. RDC Nepal invites applications from the interested and eligible Supplier/Company who are reliable, accountable, and have the ability to deliver Goods and Services for physical disability fitment camp under its P-CESP Project.

Fitment Camp 

Interested Supplier/Company are encouraged to apply along with their Technical and Financial proposal and application letter to the email address procurement @rdcnepal.org, clearly mentioning in the subject line and could submit sealed quotations at RDC Nepal Chandrapur Office, by 30th Jun, 2025 by 5:00 PM. The financial proposal should be locked with Password if applied through email.

The Suppliers/Company will be further contacted for password on BID opening day. No telephone inquiries will be entertained, and any inappropriate recommendation might automatically disqualify the candidate from further processing.
