Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and promoting our Cambridge English programs and language testing services to schools, institutions, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote Cambridge English products (for schools) and language testing services (for migrant workers).
• Identify and engage potential clients (schools, colleges, training centers, and recruitment agencies).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and overseas employment agencies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in English language education and testing.
• Organize promotional events, workshops, and presentations to increase brand awareness.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns (digital & offline).
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in education, training, or language testing sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and expanding market reach.
• Proficiency in digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, SEO).
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Fluency in English and Nepali (additional languages a plus).
