POSITION SUMMARY

The Social Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and growing Navon Jobs' presence across all social media platforms. This role combines creative content production, strategic platform management, and consistent audience engagement to increase the visibility, reach, and impact of the Navon Jobs brand. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally, portfolio or examples of previous work required.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and platform-specific best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Creative thinking 
• Ability to produce and edit video content independently.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.Self-motivated and proactive — able to take ownership of content calendars and deliver consistently.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals is an advantage.
