Sales and Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads, engage in outreach efforts, and support conversion into active projects.
• Create and publish marketing content for social media platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients through emails and other channels.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Assist with updating and maintaining the company’s official website content.
• Use CRM software to organize, track, and manage client information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Management (BBM), or Information Management (BIM).
• Up to one year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and online marketing platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in content creation and digital marketing trends.
