Position: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional attitude while dealing with clients and represent the institute positively.
• Work closely with the training team and management to improve student enrollment.
• Contact potential clients and provide information about training services.
• Conduct regular call follow-ups with interested customers.
• Brief clients about training programs and services offered by the company.
• Maintain records of client interactions and inquiries.
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage enrollments.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.
• He/She should have computer knowledge

Job Specification

• Education: Minimum +2
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• He/She should have a computer knowledge
• Work toward achieving student enrollment targets set by the institute.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: NRs. 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
