Marketing & Communication Executive (AVL / Event Technology)

We are a professional event technology and production company, TechTrust, specializing in audio-visual systems, lighting design, LED display solutions, live event production, and hybrid/virtual event broadcasting.

We deliver end-to-end technical solutions for corporate conferences, concerts, exhibitions, product launches, and large-scale live events, combining creativity with advanced AV and streaming technology.

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Executive to help us strengthen our brand presence, showcase our event work, and support business growth in the corporate and event production market.

Location: Sitapaila, Kathmandu

Position: Marketing & Communication Executive - Female

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies focused on the event production and AVL industry.

• Manage the company’s digital presence including website, blogs, social media platforms, and email communications.

• Create engaging content showcasing live events, stage setups, LED displays, lighting designs, and production highlights.

• Develop strong visual storytelling through event photos, videos, reels, and case studies.

• Support lead generation by targeting corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, institutions, and potential business partners.

• Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their event requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to support business development and relationship building.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients based on project requirements.

• Coordinate with production and technical teams to gather project information and ensure accurate proposal preparation.

• Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with production and technical teams to document and promote live events.

• Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels and event showcases.

• Conduct market research on event industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

• Assist in planning promotional campaigns for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and productions.

• Manage post-event content creation, reporting, and success story documentation.

• Track marketing activities and business development efforts, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, media production, or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of social media content creation and visual storytelling

• Experience in photo/video-based marketing is a strong advantage

• Good English communication and writing skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with live events and deadlines

• Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and branding

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn preferred)

• Experience in events, media production, AVL industry, or creative agencies is highly preferred
