BrainCast Technologies is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Executive for mobile applications to manage social-media content, build audience trust, grow our digital products, and contribute to user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, plan, and manage content for social-media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter and other relevant channels.
  • Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, reels, short videos, carousels, graphics, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging video content using AI-based content and video-generation tools.
  • Build a consistent, professional, and trustworthy online presence for the company’s digital products and mobile applications.
  • Run and optimize marketing campaigns focused on app installs, leads, subscriptions, engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Research social-media trends, competitors, audience behavior, and content opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the design, product, and development teams for product launches, feature announcements, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Manage comments, messages, user feedback, and community engagement professionally.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports based on reach, engagement, installs, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Suggest and execute growth strategies including influencer collaborations, partnerships, referral campaigns, paid ads, and organic-content campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social-media marketing, content creation, app marketing, SaaS marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience creating content that has generated measurable engagement, leads, installs, conversions, or revenue.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads Manager, and digital-growth strategies.
  • Experience with mobile-app marketing, user acquisition, subscriptions, or revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Strong English writing skills for captions, scripts, ad copy, and marketing communication.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar content-creation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and video generation, such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPI, conversion rate, retention, and revenue.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and Google Play Store optimization.
  • Experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer campaigns, or email-marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create both educational and promotional content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and bring new growth ideas.
  • Experience working with technology companies, apps, SaaS products, education platforms, healthcare products, or consumer digital products will be an advantage.
