Location: Kathmandu (field-based, with travel to shops/hospitals in coverage area)

About the Role

Neil Orthotics is looking for an energetic, personable Retail Sales Executive to build and grow our presence across baby shops, maternity stores, and maternal hospital-adjacent retail outlets in Kathmandu. This role is central to expanding Patuki 2.0's reach directly to the mothers and shop owners who recommend it daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit baby shops, maternity stores, and hospital-side retail outlets on a regular route/schedule
• Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and staff to drive consistent restocking
• Demonstrate Patuki 2.0 (and related products) to shop owners using sample kits
• Onboard new retail outlets and expand shop coverage across Kathmandu
• Track visit logs, orders, and shop-level performance
• Report weekly on visits completed, orders placed, and new shop leads
• Represent the Neil Orthotics brand professionally at every touchpoint

Who We're Looking For

• Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience; sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with regular field travel within Kathmandu
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — this role is relationship-first
• Basic comfort with reporting (WhatsApp/Excel updates)
• Two-wheeler license preferred (for route coverage)
• Preferred Gender: Female (given the nature of client interaction in maternal care settings.)
