Bagmati welfare society Nepal (BWSN) is a development and advocacy Organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. BWSN is working in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVIN) . PNGOs is purchasing School bags having specification as be below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of School Bags.

1. Interested bidders are advised to obtain a bidding document from 19th Feb 2024 up to 29 Feb’ 2024 by upon the submission of email request to: bwsn.notice@gmail.com along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate 079/080
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to  Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 03 March  2024 in the address given below.
3. Samples shall be required as per instructions in the RFQ document. Failed bidder to deliver the sample will be disqualified.
4. NGOs can establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded bidder.
5. BWSN  reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
