World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), located at Kusunti, Lalitpur‑13, intends to establish a two‑year Framework Agreement with qualified and eligible service providers for the provision of vehicle rental services. WVI Nepal hereby invites sealed quotations from interested and authorized service providers who have experience in delivering services to INGOs, NGOs, and other development sector organizations. WVI Nepal expresses a preference for Electric Vehicle (EV) services in alignment with its sustainability objectives. However, this Request for Quotation (RFQ) encompasses both Electric Vehicles (EV) and fuel operated vehicles to ensure strategic sourcing and to adequately meet diverse operational and logistical requirements.
