REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) for the selection of Vendor for Media Campaign “Recruitment of Media Partner for Radio & TV Broadcasting”
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Nepal invites interested and qualified service providers to submit a quotation for the Media Campaign "Recruitment of media Parter for Radio and TV Broadcasting as outlined in the issued RFQ. The deadline for submission of the quotation is on July 30, 2025. Late quotations will not be accepted.
Suppliers are required to submit their quotations through the IOM Supplier Portal https://supplier-portal.iom.int/. Quotations submitted by any other means will not be considered.
Suppliers who are new or not yet registered as suppliers with IOM and are interested in submitting a quotation can register through the following link: Register as a Prospective Supplier
Interested service providers must ensure the following documents are completed, signed, and submitted:
- Valid Business Documents, including:
- Company registration
- VAT/PAN registration
- Most recent tax clearance certificate
- Copy of audit report of the company for the latest 2 Fiscal Years
- BIDDER’S DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY should be duly filled, signed and stamped
- Updated curriculum vitae of the team leader, assistant videographer and photographer
- A brief company/firm profile.
- Technical Proposal which summarizes a proposed work-plan, proposed methodology and relevant experience (not more than 10 pages in total)
- Financial Proposal
Note: Please read the RFQ carefully. Incomplete submissions or failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification. Ensure all relevant sections are accurately completed before submission.
