This is for your reference that Caritas Nepal is a non-profit making NGO officially registered in Lalitpur, Nepal. Located at Dhobighat – 4, Lalitpur. Caritas Nepal invites quotations from interested and eligible registered suppliers for the supply of Search and Rescue Equipment and First Aid Kit in accordance with the specifications.

This sealed bid quotation describes our current understanding of our needs; however these needs are subject to change.

The detail specifications and terms and conditions are as mentioned below:

Terms and conditions:

1. Sealed Quotation should be submitted by 14th August 2025 by 5 pm in Caritas Nepal head Office located at Dhobighat – 4, Lalitpur. GPO Box: 9571, Post Box: 8975, EPC 2452.
2. Quoted price should be inclusive of VAT and other Taxes if applicable.
3. Supplier must submit a valid copy of your company registration, VAT/PAN and Tax clearance certificate along with your quotation.
4. The contract will be awarded to the lowest acceptable bidder complying with the conditions of the invitation.
5. Caritas Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotations. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest date possible.
6. The successful bidder/Supplier should deliver the goods on time. Caritas Nepal will not responsible for any damage or losses during transportation.
7. Caritas Nepal has an ethical purchase policy which prohibits purchase of goods and services from entities that use child labor or indulge in un-lawful activities.
8. The contract will be terminated without any notice if delivery date is not met or substandard quality of goods.
9. Payment should be made via account payee cheque in your company name after complete verification and delivery note within 2 weeks and TDS will be deducted at source as per Nepal Government rule.
