Request for Proposals for Research Organization

Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) (hereinafter called HPIN) invites Request for Proposals from professional Research organization for anticipated USAID funded Livestock Systems Innovation Lab project.

Heifer invites application letter, organization profile and total fees from research organization having substantial experiences in research project. Further details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (https://drive.google.com/file/d/190rZxEvGZtWLl0CV-H8HRfNGfwaM-DGc/view?usp=sharing). The organization will be selected based on quality and cost-based selection procedures. VAT registered vendors are encouraged to apply. 

Please submit the proposal at: procurement-np@heifer.org by 13th August 2021, 5:00 PM with email subject line ‘Proposal for anticipated USAID funded LSIL research project” along with below documents.

1. Company/Firm Registration Certificate
2. VAT registration certificate
3. Tax clearance certificate FY 076/77
4. Organization profile
5. Financial proposal

Heifer reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Individuals/ Consulting Firms.
