Request for Proposals: Endline Survey
HDCS Nepal is requesting experienced consultant or firm to submit their proposal to conduct the MEHR Project endline evaluation.
This assignment is expected to take place between September 15th – November 30th 2025.
The evaluation will be thorough, focusing on project outcomes, impact, and lessons learned at the conclusion of the project. Standard evaluation criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, impact, and sustainability, should be utilized to assess changes in key indicators compared to baseline data.
The MEHR project is related to the DRR sector and took place in selected municipalities of Rukum-West, Salyan and Jajarkot.
Interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit a proposal. The deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest is September 7, 2025.
