Supply of Servers and Installation

Summary: Chemonics International is implementing a project with Save the Children International through the Global Fund mechanism (hereby referred to as “the Chemonics Project”). The goal of the Chemonics Project is to support the electronic logistics management information system (eLMIS) system in Nepal, to improve logistics and supply chain visibility in the public health sector in Nepal. As part of project activities, the Chemonics Project requires the purchase of servers, switches, licenses and relevant equipment to support the installation of data center to host the eLMIS application. The purchase will include installation and service maintenance for a minimum of 12 months to be hosted at two locations in Kathmandu, Nepal: 1) the Management Division (MD) of the Department of Health Services; and 2) the Government Integrated Data Center (GIDC). The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to solicit quotations for these items. Chemonics will provide the exact information and contact information for the two (2) delivery points to the winning vendor.

The deadline for submission of questions is no later than 5:00 PM Kathmandu time on 24 February 2021. 

Deadline: Proposals should be submitted based on the guidelines listed in the RFQ. Proposals and all correspondence and documents relating to the offer should be in English. Proposals must be sent by email to ghscpsm.procurement@gmail.com no later than 5:00 PM Kathmandu time on 26 February 2021 Kathmandu, Nepal time.
