Provision of GPU Computing and Server Infrastructure Services for Data Annotation, AI Model Training and Deployment

NAAMII invites sealed bids from eligible firms/vendors to provide cloud-based GPU computing and server infrastructure services supporting AI research and production workloads, including data annotation, model training, evaluation, inference, and deployment. This open competitive bidding process will follow a two-envelope system and QCBS evaluation. Bidders should quote realistic, competitive market rates.

Who May Apply

Eligible bidders must be legally registered in Nepal or be an authorized local partner of an international provider, have relevant GPU/cloud or server hosting experience with at least two institutional or corporate clients in the past three years, and meet the eligibility requirements in the RFB document. How to Submit

Bids can be submitted physically or electronically. Physical submissions must be made in sealed Technical and Financial envelopes to the Head of Operations, NAAMII, Jwagal, Lalitpur, Nepal. Electronic submissions must be sent as password-protected files to grantsoffice@naamii.org.np. All submissions must be clearly marked: “BID FOR GPU AND SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES - RFB Ref: NAAMII/RFB/2083/01.” Late bids will not be accepted.
