Bheri Environmental Excellence Group (BEE-Group) is an autonomous, independent, non-partisan and non-governmental organization. It was established on February 22, 2000; registered in District Administration Office, Banke and affiliated with Social Welfare Council. Since its establishment, it has been promoting human rights, social justice, gender equality and social inclusion. The organization has been working for the promotion and protection of human rights, environmental conservation and community development in Lumbini and Karnali Province of Nepal with building a trustworthy reputation. Currently, BEE-Group has been implementing different projects related to human rights, girls and young women rights protection and promotion, agriculture and income generation for sustainable livelihoods, health and nutrition, disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation, WASH, emergency response, alternative energy in the Banke and Bardiya district of Lumbini province.

Competent and interested Chartered Accountants firms meeting the following criteria shall be eligible to submit the proposal to BEE-Group for carrying out the statutory audit of the fiscal year 2077/2078 (2077/04/01 to 2078/03/31 BS); 

• The firm is legally registered and licensed under the laws of Nepal. 
• Firm/members have at least 2 to 3 years of audit experience in the development sector.
• Not involved in the statutory audit of BEE-Group during previous three years. 
• Currently not involved in consulting services of any kind with BEE-Group. 
• Not having any relatives working at BEE-Group. 

Interested firms are invited to submit their proposal to the address indicated below. The proposal must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information.

• Summarized firm profile
• PAN/VAT registration certificate
• Certificate and renewal of membership, firm registration
• Tax clearance certificate FY 2076/77
• Technical and financial proposal including justified needs and roles of different human resources for the audit service for the following fund flows:
  • NPR 70,000,000/-   to  90,000,000/-

Selected firm should provide information and orientation about amendment in provision of income tax/vat laws to management and finance team.
