One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an International Non-Governmental Organization that has been working in the area of Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) since 2011. OHW works with local communities and local health service providers to develop a culturally appropriate Network of Safety around mothers and infants, by raising awareness, teaching good practices, and distributing essential equipment to ensure that mothers and infants survive delivery and the first months of life.

One Heart Worldwide (OHW) invites proposals from qualified software development firms to design, develop, deploy and maintain a robust, scalable, and interoperable MEL software system. The system will support data recording, reporting, analysis, visualisation, knowledge management and decision-making for OHW, and its partners, ultimately improving data-driven decision-making for our MNH programs.
Eligible firms/institutions with demonstrated experience in developing similar software are invited to submit their applications, including technical proposals, company profile, Company Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, by 5:00 PM, December 7, 2025, via email to nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org with the subject line “Technical Proposal for Developing MEL Software.”

Please note:
- The email with your expression of interest for the pre-bid meeting must be received by November 30, 2025. A virtual pre-bid meeting to understand the overall requirement and to address queries will be held on December 2, 2025. The pre-bid meeting link will be provided upon request to nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org.
- All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted via email only to nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org before the proposal submission time.
- Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
- Only the selected institution will be contracted and expected to deliver services as per OHW's requirement.
- OHW reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or partially approve any proposal without assigning any reason whatsoever.
