Request for Proposal (Technical and Financial)

for 

“Mid-term Survey”

1. The iDE Nepal Country Office invites eligible firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for conducting the Mid-term Survey.

2. Firms as mentioned above, and those that are legally authorized to deliver such services and goods in accordance with their Articles of Association (AoA), Memorandum of Association (MoA), or applicable licenses, are invited to submit their Technical and  Proposal. The Technical and Financial Proposal (separately) must be submitted via the following Google Form, no later than 5:00 PM on April 12, 2026 (Nepal Time).

3. Interested Firms must include, in their Technical and Financial Proposal based on the Exhibit A (attached herewith), the requested or required information as follows in measurable terms. Additional supporting information may also be included, if deemed relevant by the applicant.

4. Further information or clarification on the RFP can be obtained from the iDE Nepal Country Office by email to nepalprocurement@ideglobal.org no later than 5:00 PM on April 08, 2025 (Nepal Time)

5. The iDE Nepal Country Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the firms without providing any reason whatsoever.
