 Develop Local and Community Adaptation Plan of Action in Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, Saptari District, Madhesh Province, Nepal

Rural Oriented Youth Movement Nepal (ROYM Nepal) is a non-profitable organization established in 2009 with the aim of reducing poverty through skill transformation and youth engagement to achieve national development goals. SDF is registered in District Administration Office, Kathmandu, Social Welfare Council and NGO Federation.

The organization has been working in Rukum Paschim, Salyan, Surkhet, Jajarkot, Dailekh, Kalikot, Jumla, Mugu, Dolpa, Humla of Karnali Province, Dhading, and Kathmandu of Bagmati Province, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Dhanusha and Saptari of Madhesh Province.

ROYM Nepal, with the support of AEIN Luxembourg, is implementing the project "Saksham Saptari" to promote community resilience in the flood-prone region of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, Ward 4. The project has been implementing in Ward no. 4 of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality with a primary focus on four hamlets: Mushar Tole, Ram Tole, Mukhiya Tole and Koilari Tole with a total population of 3.500. The general objective of the project is to enhance community resilience by promoting affordable and replicable climate change adaptation and mitigation measures. It is aimed at educating the target groups including all genders, intersectional groups and youth to take action against climate change.

Thus, ROYM Nepal hereby invites proposals from interested qualified individual/organizations who are well-experienced to develop Local and Community Adaptation Plan of Action in Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, Saptari District, Madhesh Province, Nepal.

Interested qualified and experienced individual/organization are requested to submit a comprehensive technical proposal along with financial proposal with cover letter and updated CV highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, company registration, VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other documents as mentioned in TOR through the email address: nepalroym@gmail.com converted in PDF file within 5th July 2025.
