1. Introduction of ADRA

ADRA, the global humanitarian organisation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, is dedicated to delivering relief and development support to individuals in more than 120 countries – regardless of their ethnicity, political affiliation, gender, or religious association. By partnering with local communities, organisations, and governments, we ensure our programs are culturally appropriate and empower local capacities for sustainable change.

In Nepal, ADRA has been a trusted development partner for over 35 years, with expertise in health, livelihoods, education, and disaster risk management. We work with all three levels of government and with civil society nationwide, with a focus on the provinces of Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpachim.

ADRA Nepal would like to invite technical and financial proposals for consultancy firms and individuals for the developing the video documentary and short video clips for ADRA Nepal’s The Enhanced Rural AI (TERAI)  project referring to the following details.

2. The following are the expected outcomes from this activity,

• One (1) High quality video documentary develop both in Nepali and English language for 10-15 minutes (covering all areas of TERAI  project’s progress),
• Eight (8) number of high quality short video documentary (3-5 minutes) on
  • overall background information of TERAI project, 
  • improved technologies (balanced feed, silage, UMMB, Azolla production, improved shed) for higher production and productivity,
  • capacity building of dairy women farmers for commercial production,
  • develop and strengthen capacity of local technician for veterinary and AI services,
  • strengthen the capacity of cooperatives for milk collection, processing, marketing and inputs services to dairy farmers,
  • support local government for breed improvement,
  • dairy MIS,
  • and resource collaboration and sustainability of the program,

Instructions to applicants:

Consultancy firm/individuals who are interested can apply. Proposal should submit to tenders@adranepal.org or drop at ADRA Nepal Office located at Maitri Marg Bakhundole-1, Lalitpur, until 5:00 PM 29 June 2025.

Following documents must submitted with proposal;

• Be on your organization’s letter head with sign-off.
• Contain both Technical and Financial proposals along with travel schedule and timeline of deliverables.
• VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Company Registration Certificate,
• Tax Clearance Certificate FY 2080/81,
• Similar at least two past work experience documents/videos, links.
• Contact details of references  al least two past clients.
