VSO is one of the longest-serving INGOs working in Nepal since 1964. Resilient Livelihoods 2. Inclusive Education and 3. Global Health. Gender and Social Inclusion, Social Accountability, and Resilience are its cross-cutting priorities.

VSO would like to invite you to send technical and financial proposals for Consultancy Services for ACTIVE Project's Outcome Assessment and Learning Documentation referring to the following details by 30th January 2026.

Instructions to complete and submit proposal

The following are the key instructions for bidders/Consulting firms who are interested in submitting a proposal:

• Study the TOR completely and prepare the bid proposal as per the instructions, and requirements provided.
• A detailed technical proposal with not more than 20 pages in length. Please use Calibri font size 11. 
• Be on your organization’s letterhead.
• A detailed technical and financial proposal with necessary budget breakdown of human resource, travel, accommodation and miscellaneous must be sent to procurement.nepal@vsoint.org .
• Organizational Profile
• Company registration certificate
• VAT/PAN registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificate of FY 2081/82, organizational profile, structure of governing bodies, and areas of expertise.
• Curriculum-vitae of all those proposed in the Bid
• Similar work experience documents.
• Understanding and interpretation of the Terms of reference.
• Team Composition as per ToR
• Methodology
• Time and activity schedule
• Include details of two referees and a brief description of the work carried out for them (work should be relevant/ similar to this ToR)

Applicants may be invited to give a presentation or attend a clarification interview.

VSO shall not be bound to accept any bid and will not be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by firms/individuals in the submission of their bids. VSO reserves the right to accept all or part of an offer.

Note: VSO will not have any liabilities on any unanticipated incident (accident, injury, natural disaster, etc.) to the consultant.
