1) Introduction of ADRA:

In Nepal, ADRA has been a trusted development partner for over 35 years, with expertise in health, livelihoods, education, and disaster risk management. We work with all three levels of government and with civil society nationwide, with a focus on the provinces of Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim.

2) Project overview:

ADRA (Adventist Development and Relief Agency) is implementing the Enhanced Rural AI (TERAI) project for Smallholder Dairy Farmers in Nepal with financial support from Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA). This is a four-year Dairy for Development (D4D) project, which has been implemented in two districts of Lumbini province of southwestern Nepal. The project aims to transform the lives of 3,600 smallholder dairy farmers in these districts and significantly strengthen the existing dairy value chain, extension services system, breed improvement, dairy infrastructure, and capacity of local service providers.

ADRA Nepal seeks technical and financial proposals from qualified service providers to conduct the ‘Final Evaluation of the Enhanced Rural AI (TERAI) Project for Smallholder Dairy Farmers in Nepal'.

Application Process:

Submit proposal including below listed documents via email to tenders@adranepal.org or as a hard copy at ADRA Nepal, Bakhundole, Lalitpur.

Required Documents:

• Separate technical and financial proposal.
• Acknowledgement of ToR. (Please attach the signed copy of these Terms of Reference with your offer.)
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration.
• Copy of business registration.
• Copy of the latest TAX clearance certificate.
• Signed Code of Conduct.
• Brief description of the company and references to clients
• The proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Incomplete proposals in all respects and proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

ADRA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. Submission of false information will disqualify the applicant.
