REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project request for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal seeks a qualified construction company with registration as per the construction business rule 2056 (2000) to construct            (i).Riverbank Protection Project, Aapkholi River, Ward 1, Birendranagar Municiplity, Surkhet district,(ii).Riverbank Protection Project, Budhi Khola River, Ward 8 and 4, Rajapur municipality, Bardiya district and (iii). Riverbank Protection Project, Chori Khola, Ward 7, Lamkichuha municipality, Kailali district.

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents by emailing and request to TAYARTechProcurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject line on or before December 7, 2023, 5:00 pm, Nepal time. DAI will only respond to written questions regarding this RFPs through the email address: TayarTechProcurement@dai.com and any questions must be submitted by December 8, 2023, 5pm Nepal Time. 

The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before December 15, 2023, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
