Re-SEALED BID NOTICE

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Nepal invites sealed bids from interested and registered/eligible bidders for the supply of the following items:

Availability of Bid Documents: Bid documents will be available until 12 noon of 30th October from 28th October 2025 at LWF Nepal, Country Office, House No. 139, Madhur Marga, Ganesh Basti–04, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal, Tel: +977 1 472 0225.                                        

Deadline for Submission of Sealed Bids: All sealed bids must be submitted before 12:00 Noon on Thursday, 30 October 2025. Sealed bids received after the submission deadline shall not be accepted. LWF

Sealed Bids Submission Method: Separate sealed bid documents along with copy of legal documents must be submitted by hand in clearly marked sealed envelopes to the above address before the submission deadline.

“LWF Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.”
