Name of Project: SAMRIDDHI-II Drinking Water Supply Scheme (DWSS) Project – FY 2082/83

Procuring Entity: Wine to Water Nepal, Thasikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal

Wine to Water Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of construction materials as specified (GI Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Cement, and other related construction materials and tools) for various WASH project sites.

Bid Packages

Bidders may submit bids for one or more packages:

The contract for all three packages will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder meeting the specified quality requirements.

Instructions to Bidders

1. Type of Procurement:

 Supply and Delivery of Non-local Construction Materials for various DWSS Projects as specified.

2. Eligibility and Requirements:

• Legally registered firm with valid VAT/PAN certificate.
• Duly Signed Quotation Submission form 
• Tax clearance certificate for FY 2081/82 or Audit Date extension Letter.
• Proven experience in the supply of similar construction materials within the last 3 years.
• Quality Certificate (e.g., ISO, etc.) and/or other similar certificates, accreditations, awards and citations received by the contractor.
• Each page must be signed and stamped.

2.1. Additional Evaluation Requirement (Past Performance):

Vendors who have previously supplied materials or participated in similar procurements with our organization will also be evaluated based on their past performance, including but not limited to:

• Timely delivery and adherence to delivery commitments
• Quality of supplied materials
• Responsiveness and communication
• Any documented issues, delays, or non-compliance in previous engagements

4. Quotation Submission:

• Sealed quotations must be submitted at: Wine to Water Nepal, Thasikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal
• Within the Stipulated date Mention here, 9th January 2026 (i.e Poush 25th 2082) By 5.PM.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Delivery Period and Location

• All materials must be delivered within 3 weeks from the date of purchase order or contract signing.
• All aforementioned material Should be Delivered at the Road head of each Schemes.
• All the aforementioned material should be packaged schemewise.

6. Right to Reject:

• Wine to Water Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
