INVITATION FOR SEALED BID / TENDER NOTICE

Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN), under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) – “Restoring Dignity and Hope” Humanitarian Flood Relief and Recovery Project in Madhesh, funded by Good Neighbors International Nepal, invites sealed bids for the second time from eligible and legally registered suppliers/firms for the following works:

• Activities: Temporary Shelter Construction Materials Support to Flood-Affected Families
• Coverage: 70 Flood-Affected Sponsor Families
• Location: Bhangaha Municipality, Mahottari District, Madhesh Province, Nepal

Tender Document & TOR

Interested suppliers may request the Terms of Reference (TOR) by:

• Email: dswcn.procurement@gmail.com 
• Or by visiting the DSWCN Office, Janakpurdham

TOR requests must include copies of valid legal registration certificates of the supplier/firm.

The bid document will be provided free of cost after registration of the firm for the bid.

Bid Security

• Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2.5% of the total bid amount (including VAT) in the form of a bank guarantee along with the bid documents.
• The selected bidder must provide an additional 2.5% Performance Bank Guarantee upon award of the contract.

Important Notes

• The Procurement Committee of DSWCN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
